 COMPOSITION:

Each 1 ml contains:

Fosfomycin sodium                               100 mg

Tylosin Tarterate                                   200 mg

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

REEFOS 100 PLUS contains a combination of broad spectrum antibiotics effective against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and Mycoplasma.

REEFOS 100 PLUS is indicated for the treatment of  gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts  infections in poultry such as :

CRD , infectious coryza , air sacculitis , infectious sinusitis ,  infectious synovitis , diarrhea , omphalitis and yolk sac infections .

REEFOS 100 PLUS is indicated to relieve distress after vaccination, transporting, debeaking in poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry: 100 ml / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated poultry products should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 7 days from the last dose.

STORAGE:

Store at temperature below 30^ºC.
