COMPOSITION:

Each 1 gm contains:

Colistin Sulphate               6000000 IU

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

COLIREEF FORTE contains Colistin which is an antibiotics poly peptide (Polymyxin) which is effective against a wide range of Gram-negative bacteria, and it characterized by low absorption from the intestine and is characterized by low absorption from the intestine, so it characterized by locally effects and it increases electivity for the treatment of enteric infections which is caused by different bacteria like:

E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella and Pseudomonas.

COLIREEF FORTE is indicated for the treatment a case of enteritis and diarrhea in poultry, calves and lambs.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry: 25 gm / 200 liters of drinking water for 3 – 5 days.

Calves and Lambs: 1 gm / 60 kg of body weight for 3 – 5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated poultry and animals products should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 2 days from the last dose.

STORAGE:

Store in dry and dark place at temperature below 30^ºC.
