COMPOSITION:

Each 1000 gm contains:

Fosfomycin Sodium                              200 gm

Tylosin Tartrate                                       50 gm

Magnesium Sulphate                            100 gm

Sodium Chloride                                   300 gm

Sodium Phosphate                                 20 gm

Dextrose                                    up to 1000 gm

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

FOSBAREEF T contains a combination of broad-spectrum antibiotics effective against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram-negative bacteria and Mycoplasma.

FOSBAREEF T is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts infections in poultry such as: pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, CRD, infectious coryza, air sacculitis, infectious sinusitis, infectious synovitis, diarrhea, omphalitis and yolk sac infections.

FOSBAREEF T is indicated to relieve distress after vaccination, transporting, debeaking in poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry: 160 mg / 1 Kg of body weight in drinking water or feed for 3 – 7 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated poultry products should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 7 days from the last dose.

STORAGE:

Store in dry and dark place at temperature below 30^ºC.
