 COMPOSITION:

Each 1 ml contains:

Fosfomycin sodium                          100 mg

Tylosin Tarterate                                50 mg

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

REEFOS 150 PLUS contains a combination of broad spectrum antibiotics effective against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria and Mycoplasma.

REEFOS 150 PLUS is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts infections in poultry such as: pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, CRD, infectious coryza, air sacculitis, infectious sinusitis, infectious synovitis, diarrhea, Omphalitis and yolk sac infections.

REEFOS 150 PLUS is indicated to relieve distress after vaccination, transporting, debeaking in poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry: 100 ml / 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated poultry products should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 7 days from the last dose.

STORAGE:

Store at temperature below 30^ºC.
