COMPOSITION:

Each 1 gm contains:

Tylosin Tartrate                                  250 mg

Erythromycin Thiocyanate                 250 mg

Colistin Sulphate                           600000 IU

PROPERTIES AND INDICATIONS:

TYLOREEF PLUS contains a combination of antibiotics which has synergistic effects against mycoplasma with wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria.

TYLOREEF PLUS is indicated for the treatment and prevention of CRD, air sacculitis, infectious synovitis, infectious sinusitis, and infectious coryza in poultry.

TYLOREEF PLUS is highly indicated for treatment of enteritis and diarrhea in poultry, calves and lambs.

TYLOREEF PLUS is indicated to relieve distress after vaccination, transportation and depeaking in poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Poultry: 100 gm / 200 liters of drinking water for 3 – 5 days.

Calves and Lambs: 1 gm / 5 kg of body weight for 3 – 5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated poultry and animals products should not be used for human consumption during treatment and within 3 days from the last dose.

 STORAGE:

Store in dry and dark place at temperature below 30^ºC.
